Feel Like Yourself Again

Personalized Hormonal Care for Every Stage of Life

Hormonal changes can affect far more than your menstrual cycle. From sleep disturbances and hot flashes to changes in mood, sexual health, bone density, and metabolic well-being, every woman's experience is unique.

At Mareva Care, we provide personalized, evidence-based hormonal care through convenient telemedicine. Our approach combines guideline-directed treatment, comprehensive health assessments, preventive medicine, and shared decision-making to help you navigate hormonal changes with confidence.

Whether you're experiencing perimenopause, natural menopause, premature ovarian insufficiency, or menopause following cancer treatment, your care begins with understanding your individual needs.

Perimenopause
Navigate the Transition. Reclaim Your Balance.

Smiling Woman Portrait

Perimenopause is a natural transition that may begin years before your final menstrual period. Fluctuating hormone levels can cause unpredictable symptoms that affect your daily life, relationships, sleep, and overall well-being.

Our personalized care focuses on identifying your symptoms, evaluating your health risks, and developing a treatment plan tailored to your goals.

How We Can Help:

  • Comprehensive assessment of hormonal symptoms, menstrual changes, and overall health.

  • Individualized menopausal hormone therapy (MHT), when clinically appropriate.

  • Management of hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances, and genitourinary symptoms.

  • Evaluation of mood changes, sexual health, and quality-of-life concerns.

  • Assessment of metabolic and bone health risk factors.

  • Nonhormonal treatment options, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle interventions.

Benefits of Treatment

Appropriate treatment can reduce bothersome hot flashes and night sweats, improve sleep disrupted by these symptoms, relieve genitourinary symptoms, and improve quality of life. Your treatment plan will consider your medical history, reproductive needs, preferences, and individual risk profile.

Natural Menopause
A New Chapter. Your Health, Your Way.

Confident Mature Woman

Menopause is a natural milestone, not the end of feeling vibrant. Declining estrogen levels can bring changes in temperature regulation, sleep, vaginal and urinary health, and bone metabolism.

At Mareva Care, we help you manage symptoms while taking a proactive approach to long-term health.

How We Can Help:

  • Comprehensive menopause symptom evaluation and individualized treatment.

  • FDA-approved menopausal hormone therapy, when indicated and appropriate.

  • Nonhormonal options for women who cannot or prefer not to use systemic hormone therapy.

  • Vaginal and urinary symptom management, including local vaginal estrogen when appropriate.

  • Bone health assessment, osteoporosis screening, and fracture-risk evaluation.

  • Metabolic health assessment, nutrition, exercise, and preventive care.

Benefits of Treatment

Menopausal hormone therapy is an effective treatment for hot flashes and night sweats and can help prevent bone loss while treatment continues. Local vaginal therapies can relieve vaginal dryness and painful intercourse. Treatment is individualized according to symptoms, medical history, and personal preferences.

Premature Ovarian Insufficiency & Early Menopause

Woman Deep In Thought

Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) occurs when ovarian function declines before age 40. Early menopause occurs between ages 40 and 44. Both can present unique physical, emotional, and reproductive challenges.

At Mareva Care, our goal is to address your symptoms while supporting your long-term bone health and overall well-being.

How We Can Help:

  • Evaluation of symptoms and appropriate diagnostic laboratory testing.

  • Assessment of potential causes and referral for additional evaluation when indicated.

  • Individualized hormone replacement therapy to address estrogen deficiency, when appropriate.

  • Bone density evaluation and osteoporosis prevention.

  • Metabolic health assessment and preventive care.

  • Counseling about reproductive health, fertility considerations, and appropriate specialist referrals.

Benefits of Treatment

For women with POI or early menopause who have no contraindications, hormone therapy is generally recommended until approximately the average age of natural menopause. In addition to relieving symptoms, it helps maintain bone health and addresses the consequences of prolonged estrogen deficiency.

Cancer Survivorship & Surgical Menopause
Beyond Treatment. Supporting Your Next Chapter.

Three Women Portrait

Cancer treatment or surgical removal of both ovaries can cause an abrupt decline in estrogen, sometimes resulting in sudden and severe menopausal symptoms.

Hormonal support after cancer requires particular care. Treatment decisions depend on your cancer type, hormone sensitivity, previous treatments, current health, and recommendations from your oncology team

How We Can Help

  • Individualized evaluation of symptoms following cancer treatment or bilateral oophorectomy.

  • Review of cancer history, pathology, current treatments, and relevant contraindications.

  • Coordination with your oncologist and other treating specialists.

  • Assessment of hormonal and nonhormonal symptom-management options.

  • Evaluation of bone density and metabolic health.

  • Support for sexual health, vaginal symptoms, sleep, and overall quality of life.

Benefits of Treatment

Appropriate treatment can reduce menopausal symptoms, improve sleep and quality of life, and address bone health. Systemic hormone therapy may be considered for selected survivors of certain cancers following specialist review, but it is not appropriate for everyone. Nonhormonal and selected local treatments may offer alternatives.
